OAFC have spent the off season developing a framework that expands upon the existing Player Welfare offerings. The club has engaged organisations with programs tailored for sporting clubs, along with internal club resources who have experience delivering programs of this nature.
Details of the program will be announced in the coming weeks, to allow us time to deliver the necessary training to those involved who have volunteered to assist with the program.
