Ormond AFC AGM

NOTICE OF MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of the Ormond AFC will be held in the EE Gunn Reserve Clubrooms on 10^th December 2018 from 7:30pm.

All Members and supporters of the Club are invited to attend, but Members’ names must appear on the Club Membership Register to enable them to exercise a vote.  Nominations for Office Bearers for 2019 must be lodged with the Secretary before the AGM.

AGM Business

1. Confirmation of Minutes of the 78th AGM held 11 December 2017.
2. Presentation and adoption of the Annual Report and Finance Report for 2018.
3. Election of Committee Members for Season 2019.
4. Discuss annual membership fees.
5. Transact any other business, which may be brought forward in accordance with the Club’s Rules.
