Notice is hereby given to Members that the Annual General Meeting of the Ormond Amateur Football Club Incorporated will be held in the Clubrooms at EE Gunn Reserve on Monday 12 December 2016, commencing at 7.30pm.
All Members are invited to attend.
Ordinary Business
- Confirmation of the Minutes of the 76th Annual General Meeting held at the McKinnon Hotel 251 McKinnon Road McKinnon on 14 December 2015.
- Presentation and adoption of the Annual Report and Finance Report for 2016.
- Election of Committee Members for Season 2017.
- Discuss annual membership’s fees.
- Transact any other business, which may be brought forward in accordance with the Club’s Rules.
Nominations for Office Bearers for 2017 must be lodged with the Secretary before the Annual General Meeting. Click here for a Committee Nomination Form.
If you are unable to attend the Meeting, you are entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote. See the attached for information on appointing a proxy.
