Last October, the OAFC Committee conducted a full review of Season 2014.
Not only did the Committee assess its own performance in the key areas of the Club’s operation, but we also sought input from players, volunteers and supporters to tell us what we were doing well, and also where the Club needed to improve.
The feedback was honest, valuable and frank. I want to take this opportunity of thanking the players, volunteers and supporters who gave up their time by attending workshops and forums, and those who prepared submissions. All feedback has been collated, and has formed the basis for the Committee’s work plan this season.
On behalf of all Committee members, I am pleased to present the OAFC’s Annual Plan 2015. The Plan provides a high-level review of Season 2014, but more importantly outlines the Committee’s pledge to the Players and to the Supporters for Season 2015. I urge you to read the Annual Plan and to understand how we will respond to what you have said about the Ormond AFC, particularly how the Club can improve. The Annual Plan will also be displayed in the clubrooms all season.
